Tai Chi for Arthritis
This 16-session evidence-based class is designed to improve movement, balance, strength, flexibility and prevent falls. The class is helpful to anyone with or without arthritis.
The class meets twice a week, Tuesdays at 1pm and Fridays at 2pm, from April 19th-June 10th, 2022.
Instructor Ann E. Reibel-Coyne is a certified and experienced Tai Chi for Arthritis instructor.
This class will take place in person at PSCSA and streamed on Zoom.
