Working with Difficult Emotions: Caregiver Workshop Series
Heights and Hills is pleased to collaborate with NY Project Hope and Ohel to provide this three-part workshop series (December 1st, December 15th, and December 29th). Group sessions will be facilitated by trained, caring NY Project Hope crisis counselors who will help participants process the difficult emotions of caregiving and COVID in a safe, supportive environment.
