Each year Heights & Hills serves more than 5,000 older adults and their families. The older adults we serve range in age from 60 to more than 100, are immigrant and native born, and as diverse as the communities in which they live.
Our commitment is to ensure that they are not forgotten and have the resources they need to age successfully-safe, secure, healthy and connected to community. Our services are provided free of charge to those over the age of 60 and their family caregivers without regard to race, religion, national origin, gender, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or economic status.
