The center is open Monday – Friday from 9am-5pm.

The center is open to New York City residents age 60 and over.

Lunch is served from 12 noon – 1pm. The suggested lunch donation is $1.75. It is encouraged that Center members wear masks when they are not eating or drinking.

The PSCSA offers the following classes year-round (times and days are subject to change):

Tuesdays

10:30AM: Indoor Walking with Yolanda

In person at PSCSA

11:00AM: Qigong with Ann

In person at PSCSA, class will also be streamed on Zoom.

Wednesdays

1:00PM: Blood Pressure Screening

First and Third Wednesdays of the month.

1:00PM: Tech Help with Tam: one-on-one technology help

Thursdays

10:00AM: Knitting and Crocheting

In person at PSCSA.

10:30AM: Indoor Walking with Yolanda

In person at PSCSA.

11:00AM: Tai Chi with Tzyann

In person at PSCSA, class will also be streamed on Zoom.

Fridays

11:00AM: Bodies in Motion with Quinn

In person at PSCSA, class will also be streamed on Zoom.

1:00PM: Chair Yoga with Izzy

In person at PSCSA, class will also be streamed on Zoom.

In addition to the above, new classes and workshops are added throughout the year.  These include Latin Rhythms, Movement Speaks with Dances for A Variable Population, Movement and Dance with Mark Morris Dance Group, Computer classes, Art classes and Discussion groups on a variety of topics.
