caregiver support groups
Heights and Hills is proud to offer a variety of support groups for those caring for a loved one or friend who is age 60 or older.
These groups can help a family caregiver:
- Know you are not alone.
- Have a safe space to express fears and frustrations.
- Share valuable information with other caregivers.
- Gain emotional support from a group of peers.
- Be guided by a social worker with expertise in dealing with the many and unique challenges of being a caregiver.
