Walk with Ease
This seven-week evidence-based program will teach you how to safely make physical activity part of your everyday life and to create a walking schedule to get you safely moving toward better health. Be prepared to walk outside weather permitting.
September 12th, 19th and 26th walks will take place in Prospect Park and are co-sponsored by the Prospect Park Alliance. Meet at PSCSA at 9:45am.
No session October 10th.
